A home shaped around the water
Samana Collecta is planned as a residential island in The World Islands, with homes arranged around beaches, gardens and shared outdoor spaces. Landscaped promenades connect the different parts of the community, with Dubai’s skyline across the water.
The apartment interiors use broad glazed openings to bring island and sea views into living and dining rooms. A private sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi are planned for each residence, with the final layout and specifications to be confirmed for the individual home.
Two different villa settings
Floating villas are designed to sit on the water, with living spaces and outdoor areas oriented towards the sea. Tree villas offer a different setting among greenery, creating a more secluded residential experience within the same island community.

The proposed island amenities bring together a beach club, lagoon and swimming pools, a private marina and spaces for water sports. Gardens, a running trail, fitness studios and wellness facilities add options for quieter routines and more active days.
Dining and social spaces are part of the plan too, including a floating restaurant, residents’ lounge and spaces for gatherings. A children’s play garden and indoor playrooms are intended to give families room to spend time together.

The planned welcome centre and yacht shuttle will form the connection between the island and mainland. Everyday services such as a market, pharmacy and clinic are also proposed on the island.
