This role suits an adviser who can build trust, qualify enquiries properly and stay organised from the first conversation through completion.
The work
- Understand what a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant is trying to achieve
- Present suitable options without wasting the client’s time
- Arrange viewings, follow up carefully and keep records current
- Negotiate with a clear view of the client’s position
- Coordinate with management and the transaction team through completion
Who will fit well
- You communicate clearly in English; other languages are welcome
- You are comfortable speaking with clients from different backgrounds
- You follow up without being chased and keep accurate notes
- You understand that good advice sometimes means recommending no deal
- If you have Dubai market experience, a BRN or an existing client network, include the details in your application
