We help track contractual milestones, finance dependencies, required clearances and the documents needed for transfer.

02

Selling a property

We coordinate NOCs, liability clearances, mortgage steps where relevant and the practical preparation for the trustee appointment.

    Complete and record

The transfer is attended and completion documents are organised.

Dubai transfer map

How a typical ready-property transfer moves from agreement to title deed

The exact route depends on the property, the parties and whether finance is involved. This map shows the main dependencies in a standard Dubai sale.

  4. 04

    All parties · Trustee

    IDs, cheques and authority documents
  5. 05

    Trustee · DLD · Parties

    Register and pay

The new electronic title deed and related outputs are issued. Any linked mortgage registration or release follows the applicable route.

Requirements and fees can change, and a developer, bank, trustee or Dubai Land Department may request additional documents. This is a process overview, not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before you begin.

What is a developer NOC?

It is the developer’s confirmation, subject to its requirements, that the property may proceed to transfer. The process and fees vary by developer.

Can you help with a mortgaged property?

Yes. Mortgage transactions involve additional bank, settlement and timing steps which can be coordinated with the relevant parties.

Do buyer and seller need to attend the transfer?

Attendance requirements depend on the transaction and any valid power of attorney. The applicable route should be confirmed before booking.

Is conveyancing the same as legal advice?

No. Transaction coordination and legal advice are different services. A qualified lawyer should be instructed where legal advice or representation is needed.
