REMINGTON PROPERTIES / GLOBAL INTRODUCTIONS

Know someone considering a Dubai property purchase?

When someone you know is ready to explore a property purchase, make a personal introduction with their permission. Our licensed Dubai team takes the conversation from there.

A considered connection. A clear process. A qualified team.

Two people talking together in a relaxed setting

WHY IT WORKS

A relationship worth handling carefully.

01

Recorded attribution

A submitted introduction is recorded and reviewed against programme rules, including buyer confirmation and existing relationships.

02

A dedicated licensed adviser

A Remington Properties adviser handles the buyer conversation, property guidance and transaction work.

03

Visible, limited progress

Accepted Introducers can view eligible stage updates in their portal without access to confidential buyer discussions.

THE RIGHT CONNECTION

Is this an introduction worth making?

This programme is for a warm, consented introduction to someone genuinely considering a Dubai property purchase. It is not a lead collection or property promotion programme.

01A friend planning a purchase

They have asked you for a trusted Dubai property contact and are comfortable being introduced.

02A client exploring an investment

They have a real purchase intention and would welcome a direct conversation with a licensed adviser.

03A contact relocating to Dubai

They are considering buying, understand the next step and have agreed to a personal introduction.

04A licensed firm or professional intermediary

A separate review or agreement may be required. Apply with your business details before making an introduction.

Check the essentials before applying

A warm introduction starts with all four essentials. If any are missing, speak with the person first.

No cold leads, mass messages, property advertising, use of Remington listings or branding, advice, negotiation, collection of money or documents, or promises on our behalf. Introducers do not represent Remington Properties.

THE PROCESS

From first permission to a considered handover.

The stages below explain the intended programme flow. They are not the status of any application or buyer.

  1. 1Ask permission first

Speak with the person before sharing any details. A personal introduction begins only if they want Remington Properties to contact them.

  2. 2Apply and verify email

Create an Introducer application and verify the email address you will use for programme updates.

  3. 3Complete profile, review and Know-How

Share your background and consent approach. Remington reviews eligibility. If accepted, complete the required Know-How before submitting an introduction.

  4. 4Submit and obtain buyer confirmation

After approval, submit only the details needed for a warm introduction. The buyer confirms permission and their relationship with you.

  5. 5Follow an eligible outcome

Our licensed adviser handles the property journey. Your portal can show limited eligible progress; any fee depends on a qualifying completed purchase and the agreed terms.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

The practical questions.

Read all programme questions
Can I send someone’s details before asking them?

No. Ask for permission first. The buyer must also confirm that they know you and agree to contact from Remington Properties.

Do I sell or recommend a property?

No. You make a personal introduction only. Our licensed advisers handle property advice, viewings, negotiation and transaction work.

Is a fee automatic?

No. Each introduction and transaction is reviewed. The applicable fee and conditions are set out in writing and the Programme Terms.

Can I introduce more than one person?

Yes, but each person must be introduced separately and must have given permission. Each introduction is reviewed on its own merits and needs its own buyer confirmation.

What information should I include in an introduction?

Provide only the requested contact and context details needed for a warm introduction. Do not send identity documents, financial information or other sensitive material unless Remington Properties specifically asks for it through its official process.

How do I refer a friend who wants to buy property in Dubai?

Ask for their permission first. Once you are onboarded, make the introduction through the approved portal, your referral link or a three-way message. A Remington Properties adviser handles the property conversation.

Can I refer someone who has not chosen a property yet?

Yes. Someone genuinely considering a Dubai property purchase can speak with an adviser before choosing a development or neighbourhood.

Can I refer a family member?

Some family introductions may be considered if the relationship is disclosed and the buyer is independent. Self-referrals, spouses and members of the same household are excluded.

Can a real estate professional join the programme?

Licensed professionals and property firms require separate review and may need a different agreement. Contact the team before making an introduction.

Can I join if I live outside the UAE?

Applications from outside the UAE are reviewed individually. International payouts are currently unavailable, so check the UAE payment requirements before applying.

When is an eligible Introduction Fee paid?

Subject to all programme conditions, each accrued portion is ordinarily paid within 15 business days after Remington Properties receives and retains the corresponding eligible revenue.

Can an Introduction Fee be paid in stages?

Yes. If Remington Properties receives eligible brokerage revenue in instalments, the corresponding Introduction Fee may accrue and be paid proportionately, subject to the programme conditions.

Does a property referral increase the buyer’s price?

No. An eligible Introduction Fee comes from Remington Properties’ qualifying revenue. It is not added to the buyer’s purchase price.

What progress updates can I see after a referral?

Accepted Introducers can see limited status updates in the portal. Private buyer discussions, documents and financial details are not shared.

Can I refer someone interested in commercial property?

A commercial property purchase may qualify if the project and transaction are accepted as programme-eligible. Ask before introducing the buyer; any VAT on the property price is excluded from the Net Purchase Price used to calculate the fee.

Can one accepted property referral cover more than one purchase?

It may. Separate qualifying purchases attributable to the accepted referral can each be assessed during its protection period, subject to the written notice and Programme Terms. An introduction does not create an indefinite right to fees on future purchases.

Can I refer a tenant or someone who wants to sell a property?

Global Introductions is for prospective property purchasers. Rental and seller enquiries can go to Remington Properties’ relevant services, but they do not qualify as buyer referrals under this programme.

Can I refer a property buyer in another UAE emirate?

For now, the programme covers property purchases in Dubai only. A purchase elsewhere in the UAE does not qualify for an Introduction Fee under the current Programme Terms.

What if the buyer has already spoken to another broker or a developer?

Tell Remington Properties before assuming the referral qualifies. The team will review attribution, existing relationships and whether it can earn the relevant brokerage revenue. Protection starts only after formal acceptance.
