Global Introductions
Questions worth answering before you join.
Practical answers about Dubai property referrals, participation, buyer care and Introduction Fees.

The programme and the right route
What is Global Introductions?
A programme for warm, permission-based introductions of prospective Dubai property buyers to Remington Properties. You introduce someone you know; the licensed team assess their needs and manage the property process. Participation is subject to application approval and the applicable agreement.
Am I joining as a buyer, broker or employee?
You participate as an independent Introducer. Membership does not make you an employee, property broker or representative of Remington Properties. Buyers receive advice from the licensed property team. Any licensing obligations for your own activity remain your responsibility.
Which route is right for me: Personal or Professional Referrals?
Use Personal Referrals when applying in your own name as an individual. The Professional Referrals route is for a registered company, represented by an authorised person. Each route has its own application, approval and agreement. A personal account does not authorise introductions on behalf of a company.
Which companies may apply?
Registered companies with suitable professional relationships may apply through Professional Referrals. Overseas property businesses can be considered, subject to eligibility, authority, compliance and programme review. The company registration declaration sets out the relevant understanding.
Can I join from outside the UAE?
An application may be considered from outside the UAE, subject to country restrictions, identity and compliance checks, and programme suitability. Registration does not guarantee approval. Review the applicable agreement and payment conditions before participating.
Does creating an account approve my membership?
No. Verify your email and complete the mandatory profile first. Remington Properties review the application and may request clarification through Messages. Approval and completed Know-How are required before an introduction can be recorded.
Getting ready and making an introduction
What happens after email verification?
Complete the required profile: nationality, date and place of birth, country of residence and residential address. Passport details and document copies can be supplied later when requested. Verifying an email alone does not complete the application.
Why is Know-How required?
It explains permission, your limited introduction role, disclosures, attribution and fee conditions. Complete all five assessment questions correctly and all acknowledgements after approval and before the first introduction.
Who is a suitable person to introduce?
Someone you know who may genuinely wish to buy property in Dubai and has agreed to be introduced. Do not submit speculative names, purchased contact lists, scraped data or people who have not permitted contact.
How do I make the introduction?
Ask permission first, then use the Introduce a Buyer page in your approved account. Provide only the required contact details and a factual explanation of your relationship and the buyer’s interests. Use another introduction channel only when the programme team have approved it.
Must I know the buyer’s exact budget or property type?
No. Choose “Not yet known” for purchase type or “Not established” for budget where appropriate. Do not invent information. The property team will establish the buyer’s requirements directly, after the required agreement and consent stages.
Can I introduce a relative, business contact or co-purchaser?
Disclose the relationship and any ownership, funding or co-purchase interest fully. An independent relative may be considered under the applicable rules. Self-referrals and spouse or same-household referrals are excluded. Do not use someone else’s account or identity to bypass an exclusion.
May I quote prices, arrange viewings or negotiate?
No. Your role is the introduction. Remington Properties handle property advice, availability, pricing, viewings, negotiation and transaction coordination through the licensed team. Never collect buyer funds or make promises on behalf of the company.
May I advertise listings or recruit other Introducers?
Do not run property advertisements, publish unit-specific offers, reuse company branding or repost property content without written approval. The programme does not authorise bulk outreach, sub-Introducers, recruitment commissions or downstream referral chains.
Agreement, confirmation and protection
Does a secure receipt mean my introduction is accepted?
No. A receipt confirms that an introduction has been recorded securely. Formal acceptance follows the applicable agreement, independent buyer confirmation, identity and compliance checks, CRM look-back and duplicate review. Only the written acceptance notice establishes acceptance and its protection start.
Can my first introduction be recorded before the agreement is executed?
An approved, trained Personal Introducer can securely record the first introduction while the account agreement is being completed. The record remains held. The Introducer’s signature and Remington Properties’ countersignature are required before buyer contact or confirmation is released. Company introductions follow their own company account and agreement gates.
Do I sign a new agreement for every buyer?
An executed, applicable account-level agreement may be reused for later eligible introductions in the same track. Buyer confirmation and all record-specific checks still apply. A personal agreement cannot activate a company account, and a company agreement cannot replace a personal agreement.
Why does the buyer need to confirm independently?
The buyer confirms the relationship and permission to be contacted. They may confirm, decline or say they do not recognise the introduction. This protects consent and helps verify attribution; it does not itself create acceptance, protection or a payable fee.
What if the buyer was already known to the company?
Prior CRM records, existing relationships and other introductions are reviewed. Submitting first is not enough by itself. The team assess the first qualifying, confirmed source under the programme’s attribution rules and communicate the outcome without disclosing another person’s confidential information.
How long does introduction protection last?
The initial protection period is 90 days from written formal acceptance. Eligible documented engagement and an approved written extension can extend the total to 180 days. Extension is conditional, not automatic. Read the applicable agreement for exact requirements.
What if a reservation is made before protection expires?
A qualifying binding reservation made before expiry may remain eligible under the agreement’s completion and revenue conditions. An informal expression of interest or a later booking does not automatically preserve protection. Ask the team to confirm the record-specific position in writing.
Introduction Fees and progressive rates
What are the standard Introduction Fee rates?
The standard rates are 1% of Net Purchase Price for off-plan and 0.5% for the secondary market, subject to the applicable written rate and programme conditions. Fees are payable only when all programme transactions and revenue conditions are met and a property is sold.
Can an active Introducer qualify for a progressive rate?
Yes, active Introducers may be considered for progressive rates through programme review and written confirmation. There are no published automatic thresholds or guaranteed increases. An agreed change applies as recorded in writing; it does not create a retrospective entitlement.
What is Net Purchase Price?
The qualifying property purchase price used as the fee basis under the agreement. It excludes VAT, DLD and registration fees, financing costs, brokerage or service charges and other ancillary amounts or excluded incentives. The agreement governs the exact calculation.
Does the calculator show money already owed to me?
No. It estimates an Introduction Fee from the selected price and standard rate. A receipt, buyer confirmation, accepted introduction or property purchase alone does not establish a payable fee. The applicable transaction, retained revenue and all programme conditions must be satisfied.
When can a fee become payable?
Only after a qualifying sale and all relevant programme and revenue conditions are met. Subject to those conditions, an accrued portion is ordinarily payable within 15 Business Days after the corresponding eligible revenue is received and retained. The account agreement governs the exact timing and documents required.
What if revenue is received in stages, or a sale is cancelled?
Eligible retained revenue received in stages may support proportionate fee accrual, subject to all conditions. A cancellation, refund, reversal or clawback may reduce, defer or require repayment of a fee under the agreement. A calculator result is not an account balance.
Is the Introduction Fee added to the buyer’s price?
The programme fee is paid from qualifying company revenue under the applicable agreement. You must not add a fee to the buyer’s price, collect money from the buyer, promise a rebate or share the fee as an undisclosed inducement.
Privacy, support and programme information
What information can I see about a buyer’s progress?
Your account provides relevant, privacy-safe status information. It does not give access to the buyer’s private identity documents, finances or confidential purchase correspondence. Share only necessary information through the approved account route.
What if a buyer withdraws permission?
Stop sharing information or contacting them for programme purposes and notify the team promptly. The team will handle the request under the applicable privacy notices and legal retention duties. Do not resubmit through another account.
Why might an application or introduction be declined?
Reasons can include incomplete information, unsuitable or restricted activity, missing consent, existing relationships, duplicates, undisclosed interests or compliance concerns. Ask through Messages for the available explanation or review route; confidential information about other people cannot be disclosed.
How can I question an attribution or fee decision?
Use the relevant introduction conversation and state the reference, your question and any supporting facts. The programme team review the available record under the applicable agreement. Do not send buyer documents or sensitive banking details through a general contact form.
Is this FAQ the agreement or the complete Programme Terms?
No. This page and the public Programme Summary explain the programme. Your approved account provides the applicable agreement, full terms and signing instructions at the relevant stage. Read those documents carefully; public explanations do not replace them. English is the governing contract language. Persian is provided for understanding. Persian-language users receive both English and Persian documents; English-language users receive English documents.
