What the programme is
Eligible Introducers may make consent-based introductions of prospective Dubai property purchasers. Remington Properties’ licensed professionals manage all regulated brokerage. This is an introduction programme only، not employment, agency, brokerage appointment, franchise or multi-level marketing.
Your role
- Introduce only with the buyer’s prior permission.
- Do not market property, quote prices, negotiate, conduct viewings or collect funds.
- Complete Know-How for Introducers before your first referral.
- Disclose related-party, household or funding interests.
How referrals work
Remington Properties verifies the buyer, reviews CRM records for a 24-month look-back, and applies duplicate-referral rules. Protection starts only when a referral is formally accepted. Accepted referrals receive a 90-day initial protection period, with a possible further 90-day extension (maximum 180 days) if there is an Active Engagement Event, as defined in the Full Terms.
Introduction Fee (indicative maximums)
- Off-plan: up to 1.00% of Net Purchase Price
- Secondary: up to 0.50% of Net Purchase Price
Headline rates and the website calculator are examples only. The rate that applies is the rate in your Referral Acceptance Notice or Transaction Fee Confirmation. Fees are conditional on a Qualifying Transaction and Remington Properties receiving and retaining Net Collected Brokerage Revenue.
Payment
At launch, eligible Introduction Fees are payable only by transfer to a verified UAE bank account held in the Introducer’s legal name or, where approved by Remington Properties, by crossed account-payee cheque issued in the Introducer’s legal name and collectible in the UAE. International payout options are not currently available. They may be considered in a future phase of the Programme, but Remington Properties makes no commitment that such options will be introduced.
Subject to all Programme Conditions, each accrued portion is ordinarily paid within fifteen Business Days after Remington Properties receives and retains the corresponding revenue. Full conditions are in the Full Terms.
