Someone has introduced you to Remington Properties as a prospective Dubai property purchaser. Before Remington Properties proceeds, you must verify the introduction and confirm your consent. This notice explains how we handle your personal data.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on the verification and property journey, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone)
- Relationship to the Introducer and introduction circumstances
- Verification responses and consent records
- Property preferences and requirements (if you proceed)
- Transaction and documentation data (if you purchase property)
- Communications with Remington Properties
- Technical data related to verification (IP address, timestamp, device information)
4. How we use your data
We process buyer data to:
- Verify the introduction and your consent
- Confirm your independent interest in Dubai property
- Manage referral attribution and programme integrity
- Contact you about property opportunities if you consent
- Provide property advisory and transaction services
- Meet legal, regulatory and AML obligations
- Process Introduction Fee eligibility where applicable
5. Introducer fee disclosure
During verification, you will be informed that the Introducer may receive an Introduction Fee if you complete a Qualifying Transaction. This fee is paid by Remington Properties from its revenue and does not increase your purchase price.
6. What the Introducer can see
Introducers receive only a limited, privacy-safe status update (for example, whether the introduction was accepted or a transaction progressed). They do not receive your confidential financial details, identity documents or full transaction information.
7. Legal bases
Processing is based on: your consent; steps taken at your request before entering a property transaction; compliance with legal obligations; and Remington Properties’ legitimate interests in operating a consent-led introduction programme.
8. Data sharing
We may share data with Remington Properties personnel, developers (where relevant to your enquiry), compliance providers, professional advisers and regulators where required. We do not sell buyer personal data.
9. Marketing communications
Remington Properties will contact you about the introduction and, with your consent, about relevant property opportunities. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by contacting .
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent may affect referral status but does not affect processing required by law.
11. Retention
We retain buyer data only for as long as necessary to administer the introduction, provide requested property services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, including any minimum period required by applicable law. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies.
12. Security
We protect personal data using appropriate technical and organisational measures, including secure verification links with expiry, access controls and audit logging.
