This privacy notice explains how Remington Properties Brokers LLC processes personal data relating to Introducers in the Remington Global Introductions programme.

This notice applies to individuals and authorised representatives of corporate Introducers who register for, participate in, or interact with the Remington Global Introductions programme.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on your registration and programme activity, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address, nationality where approved)
- Registration and account credentials
- Company details and authorised signatory information (corporate Introducers)
- Introduction and referral submission records
- Onboarding completion, assessment scores and acknowledgement records
- KYC, AML, sanctions and PEP screening data
- Bank account and payment details for Introduction Fee processing
- Tax and invoice information
- Communications, complaints and support correspondence
- Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, audit logs) where legally appropriate
4. How we use your data
We process Introducer personal data to:
- Assess eligibility and manage programme registration
- Operate the introduction and referral workflow
- Verify identity and conduct compliance screening
- Calculate, approve and pay eligible Introduction Fees
- Communicate programme updates and status information
- Investigate complaints, disputes and suspected breaches
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax and AML obligations
- Maintain audit trails and programme integrity
5. Legal bases
Processing is based on one or more of: performance of the Introduction Agreement; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests in operating a secure referral programme; and consent where required (for example, optional marketing communications).
6. Buyer data
When you submit an introduction, you provide buyer contact details with their permission. We process buyer data separately under the Buyer Verification and Privacy Notice. Introducers receive only a limited, privacy-safe status summary — not confidential buyer financial or personal details.

We may share data with:
- Remington Properties group companies and authorised personnel
- Compliance, KYC, sanctions and identity verification providers
- Banking and payment service providers
- Professional advisers (legal, tax, audit)
- Regulators, law enforcement or courts where required by law
- CRM and IT service providers under appropriate data protection arrangements
We do not sell Introducer personal data.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in the UAE and, where necessary for programme operation or compliance, in other jurisdictions using safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Retention
We retain Introducer data for as long as necessary to administer the programme, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, including any minimum period required by applicable law. When retention is no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact to exercise your rights.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and audit logging.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the programme portal or by email where appropriate.
