The idea behind KORE
KORE takes its name from “core”, the body’s centre of strength and stability and a foundation for movement. The residential concept follows three principles: Train, Nourish and Recover. Fitness technology, spaces centred on nutrition and dedicated recovery facilities bring these principles into the building’s everyday use.
KORE builds on the neighbourhood’s move towards healthier, more connected living, with shared gardens and places for residents to exercise, work and meet.
Fitness, pools and time outdoors
The Raw Theory gym spans 3,200 sq ft and includes 50 machines, with Technogym equipment among the fitness features. The HIKE adds a 500-step climb, while an outdoor gym and padel court offer other ways to exercise within the project.
Rooftop adults’ and children’s pools, a wellness pool and a sunset deck provide places to spend time by the water. Garden co-working pods, a family lounge and lawn, a playground and a conversation pit give the shared areas uses beyond fitness. An edible garden and a harvest table with a pavilion add space for growing produce and gathering over food.
