About the programme

What is Remington Global Introductions?

It is a consent-led introduction programme operated by Remington Properties Brokers LLC. Introducers make genuine introductions to prospective Dubai property purchasers. Remington Properties’ licensed professionals manage the property journey. An eligible Introducer may receive an Introduction Fee after a Qualifying Transaction, subject to the Programme Terms.

Who can register?

Eligible individuals and companies may apply, subject to country eligibility, identity verification, sanctions screening and Remington Properties’ approval. Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.

Is the Introducer a broker or agent?

No. An Introducer is an independent introducer only. Introducers are not appointed as agents, brokers, employees or representatives of Remington Properties and have no authority to perform regulated real-estate activities.

Do I need a real-estate licence?

Participation in the Programme does not appoint you as a real-estate broker or authorise you to carry out regulated brokerage or property-marketing activities. Whether any licence, registration or other approval is required may depend on your activities and the laws applicable to you. Introducers must remain strictly within the permitted introduction role. Real-estate professionals and businesses require separate review and may need a different agreement.

Can companies participate?

Yes, subject to approval. Corporate Introducers must provide valid company documentation, authorised signatory details and comply with the corporate Introduction Agreement.

Which countries are eligible?

Participation is subject to Remington Properties’ eligibility, compliance and sanctions requirements. Contact introductions@remington.ae if you are unsure whether you can join.

Does registering guarantee acceptance?

No. Remington Properties may approve, defer or reject a registration at its discretion, based on eligibility, compliance requirements, programme capacity and other operational considerations.

Making an introduction

How do I introduce someone?

After registration and onboarding, submit the introduction through the portal, share your unique introduction link, or make a three-way email or WhatsApp introduction with the buyer’s permission.

Must I obtain their permission?

Yes. You must obtain the prospective buyer’s permission before submitting their details. Unsolicited submissions may be rejected.

Can I submit someone without their knowledge?

No. The buyer must independently verify and consent. Submissions without valid consent will not be accepted.

What happens after I submit the introduction?

Remington Properties validates the referral against CRM and duplicate records. The buyer receives a secure verification request. If accepted, a licensed Remington Properties professional is assigned to manage the property journey.

Why must the buyer confirm the introduction?

Buyer confirmation protects privacy, confirms consent, verifies the relationship and ensures the introduction is genuine، not a cold lead or undisclosed arrangement.

Can I make a three-way WhatsApp or email introduction?

Yes, where the buyer has agreed. Keep the introduction factual and do not quote prices, promote specific projects or make promises on Remington Properties’ behalf.

Can I refer a family member?

Some family referrals may be permitted if genuinely independent and properly disclosed. Spouse and same-household referrals are prohibited. Related-party rules apply، see the Programme Terms.

Can I refer my spouse or myself?

No. Self-referrals and spouse or same-household referrals are prohibited.

Can I refer someone who has already spoken to Remington Properties?

Referrals may be rejected if the buyer is already in Remington Properties’ CRM within the applicable look-back period or is otherwise attributed to another source.

Does submitting a referral guarantee payment?

No. An Introduction Fee is payable only if all Programme Conditions are met, including, but not limited to, buyer confirmation, referral acceptance, a Qualifying Transaction and Remington Properties’ receipt and retention of eligible revenue.

Marketing restrictions

Can I advertise Remington Properties properties?

No. Introducers must not advertise, market or promote specific properties, projects or units. Property marketing is handled exclusively by Remington Properties through authorised channels.

Can I post projects on social media?

No. Do not copy Remington Properties listings or project materials to personal social-media accounts or use Remington Properties’ name or logo outside approved materials.

Can I quote prices or payment plans?

No. Pricing, availability and payment plans change frequently. Only Remington Properties’ licensed professionals may provide property-specific information through approved processes.

Can I organise viewings or negotiate with a developer?

No. Viewings, negotiations and transaction management are performed exclusively by Remington Properties’ licensed professionals.

Can I contact people from public or purchased databases?

No. Cold-calling, bulk messaging and use of purchased or scraped databases for unsolicited outreach is prohibited.

Can I recruit other Introducers?

No. This is not a multi-level or recruitment programme. Introducers may not recruit sub-introducers or receive downstream fees.

Referral ownership

When is a referral accepted?

A referral is accepted only after Remington Properties validates it, the buyer completes verification, and no duplicate or prior CRM record prevents attribution under the Programme Terms.

What happens if two people refer the same buyer?

Remington Properties applies attribution rules in the Programme Terms, including timestamp, buyer confirmation and CRM records. Only one Introducer may receive credit for an accepted referral.

How long is my referral protected?

Accepted referrals receive an initial Protection Period of 90 calendar days from the Referral Acceptance Date. Remington Properties may grant a further extension of up to 90 calendar days (maximum 180 days in total) where an Active Engagement Event occurs during the initial period, as defined in the Full Programme Terms and Conditions. A binding reservation or agreement entered into before expiry may still support a later Qualifying Transaction under those Terms.

What is a Qualifying Transaction?

A Qualifying Transaction is defined in the Full Programme Terms and Conditions. For off-plan, it generally requires a binding reservation or SPA, Remington Properties’ entitlement to commission, and receipt and retention of the corresponding Net Collected Brokerage Revenue (instalments may pay proportionally). For secondary, it generally requires a valid sale agreement/Form F, completed registered transfer, and Remington Properties’ receipt and retention of the corresponding remuneration.

Fees and payments

How is the Introduction Fee calculated?

For eligible off-plan transactions, up to 1.00% of the Net Purchase Price. For eligible secondary-market transactions, up to 0.50% of the Net Purchase Price. The final amount is subject to the fee schedule, revenue received and all programme conditions.

Why does the website say “up to” 1% or 0.5%?

Because not every transaction qualifies, and the final fee depends on eligibility, revenue, compliance approval and other conditions. “Up to” reflects the published maximum rates, not a guaranteed payment.

What is Net Purchase Price?

Net Purchase Price means the basic property purchase price recorded in the executed transaction documentation accepted by Remington Properties, excluding VAT, DLD fees, registration fees, mortgage costs, brokerage fees, service charges, incentives, rebates and other ancillary amounts.

How does the Introduction Fee calculator work?

The calculator on the landing page shows an illustrative maximum based on property value and transaction type. It is an example only and does not create an entitlement to payment.

When is the Introduction Fee paid?

Subject to all Programme Conditions being satisfied, Remington Properties shall pay each accrued portion of the Introduction Fee within fifteen Business Days after Remington Properties has received and retained the corresponding portion of the Net Collected Brokerage Revenue in cleared funds. The nine Programme Conditions are set out in the Full Terms and the Introduction Agreement.

What happens if Remington Properties is paid in instalments?

The Introduction Fee may accrue proportionally and be paid in corresponding instalments as revenue is received and retained, subject to programme conditions and any hold, cancellation or clawback rights.

What happens if the buyer cancels?

If a transaction is cancelled, reversed or does not complete, no Introduction Fee is payable. Remington Properties may claw back fees already paid where permitted under the Programme Terms.

What is a clawback?

A clawback is Remington Properties’ right to recover an Introduction Fee already paid where the underlying transaction is cancelled, reversed, refunded or otherwise ceases to qualify under the Programme Terms.

Can I receive cash or payment to someone else?

Cash payments are not permitted. Payment is made to the verified Introducer (or approved corporate entity) only, subject to banking and compliance requirements. Third-party payments are not allowed except where expressly approved in writing.

Can overseas participants receive international bank transfers?

At launch, eligible Introduction Fees are payable only by transfer to a verified UAE bank account held in the Introducer’s legal name or, where approved by Remington Properties, by crossed account-payee cheque issued in the Introducer’s legal name and collectible in the UAE. International payout options are not currently available. They may be considered in a future phase of the Programme, but Remington Properties makes no commitment that such options will be introduced.

Does the Introduction Fee increase the buyer’s price?

No. The Introduction Fee is paid by Remington Properties from its eligible revenue. It is not added to the buyer’s purchase price.

Can I share my fee with the buyer?

No. Fee-sharing, rebates, kickbacks or undisclosed financial arrangements with the buyer are prohibited and may result in rejection, clawback, termination and, where applicable, further legal action.

Can Remington Properties change the fee schedule?

Remington Properties may update fee schedules and programme rules with notice as provided in the Programme Terms. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Privacy and compliance

Why does Remington Properties require KYC?

UAE AML regulations and Remington Properties’ compliance policies require identity verification, sanctions screening and bank account verification before any Introduction Fee is paid.

Will the buyer know I may receive a fee?

Yes. During buyer verification, the buyer acknowledges that the Introducer may receive an Introduction Fee if a Qualifying Transaction completes.

What buyer information can I see?

Introducers receive only a limited, privacy-safe status summary. Confidential buyer financial and personal details are not disclosed.

Can the buyer withdraw consent?

Yes. Buyers may withdraw consent in accordance with the Buyer Privacy Notice. Withdrawal may affect referral status and fee eligibility.

Why may a referral or payment be rejected?

Common reasons include missing buyer consent, duplicate CRM records, prohibited related-party referrals, marketing breaches, failed KYC/AML checks, ineligible projects or insufficient revenue.

How can I make a complaint or dispute an attribution decision?

Contact introductions@remington.ae or use the Contact and complaints page. Remington Properties will review complaints under its attribution and complaints policy.

What happens if I breach the programme rules?

Remington Properties may reject referrals, suspend or terminate participation, forfeit fees, require repayment and take legal action where appropriate.
